Cloud Confectionery Co - A Brief History

Cloud Confectionery is the latest in developments from our family's love of artisanal food and drink. We originally started as an artisanal chocolate manufacturer operating out of Sherwood forest craft centre, this grew into the development of small-batch gin production - that eventually was combined with the chocolate occasionally - where both my partner and I saw the potential of taking this to the next level.

So come 2021, lockdown is in the swing and as a traditional brick and mortar based business, operating in tourism that no longer existed, we decided to semi-retire. Now with the help of some industry experts, we have moved to an online presence! This means we can keep our overheads lower than many other artisanal manufacturers without compromising on quality.

Our batch production method means that we carry very little stock, so all products are as fresh as possible before shipping to you. This means that every flavour we put into our goods can make its way to you (or your friends/family) in the best and fastest way possible.
